Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate to manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, providing reliable coordination of medical care, medications, and benefits inquiries in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage daily interactions with members, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to compliance standards Navigate multiple web-based platforms in real-time while communicating effectively with members Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams to document interactions and resolve basic system issues independently Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
