Providing exceptional customer support in a remote environment, the part-time PCI Compliance Specialist with French will guide users through the PCI-DSS compliance process, assist with online platform navigation, and ensure timely issue resolution across multiple communication channels. Key responsibilities Provide customer support across an omni-channel environment, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries Guide users through the PCI-DSS compliance process with clear, step-by-step instructions Assist customers in navigating and troubleshooting the online platform to minimize operational disruptions Required qualifications Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in a call center customer support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Fluency in French Detail-oriented with solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
