Job Overview Medical Assistant II Certified (MA II) – supports delivery of urological services and functions as a key member of an interdisciplinary team. The role includes routine administrative and clinical duties in a medical office setting at 2600 Patriot Blvd Unit J, Glenview, IL. Location & Compensation 2600 Patriot Blvd Unit J, Glenview, IL 60026 – Full‑time – Starting hourly salary range $21.00–$27.00. No nights, weekends or observed holidays at this time. Coordinate, schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate medical records and prescription ledger updates. Prepare patients for examinations, perform routine screening, and provide education on medications and disease management. Perform administrative tasks such as opening/closing the office, managing patient logs, maintaining back‑office flow, and setting up procedure rooms. Handle documentation, including accurate and legal charting, consent forms, and scribe duties. Support the orientation and training of new personnel and assist with other administrative projects. Maintain compliance with HR, corporate policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and CMS guidelines. Meet attendance and punctuality expectations and demonstrate cultural diversity awareness. Perform other position‑related duties as assigned. Certifications & Education Medical Assistant Certification or Registration. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program. Experience Requirements At least 6 months experience in a physician’s office. Urology experience preferred. Minimal travel required.
