Duties Represent clients in intellectual property litigation. Handle business-related litigation and regulatory challenges. Prepare pleadings, briefs, and manage discovery and depositions. Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing. Participate in both state and federal court proceedings. Requirements Minimum of two to four years of litigation experience. Experience in the technology sector is preferred. Current CA Bar admission in good standing. Appellate experience in federal and state courts. Education JD from an ABA-approved law school with excellent academic credentials. Certifications Current CA Bar admission. Skills Ability to handle litigation from inception to trial.
