- # Assistant Project Manager | Legends Global Owner's RepresentationApplylocations: Dallas, TX: Houston, TX: San Antonio, TX: Austin, TXtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R100123335**ABOUT THE ROLE**The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Director in executing day-to-day on-site activities from design through turnover and closeout. This role collaborates closely with design and construction teams to help deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced sports and entertainment venue environments.**THE PROJECT**This role sits within Legends Global Owner’s Representation, which provides project management services for major sports and entertainment venues and other complex public assembly facilities. Projects are fast-paced and stakeholder-rich, requiring strong coordination across owners, designers, builders, and specialty consultants on site.**WHAT YOU'LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)****Field Oversight & Team Coordination*** Support monitoring of the design team and construction team to help the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.* Assist with day-to-day on-site review of work in the field and coordination across stakeholders.* Attend required meetings and, as needed, capture meeting minutes for project records.**Schedule, Quality, and Compliance Support*** Help monitor adherence to the agreed project schedule and escalate risks as appropriate.* Support reporting on quality and help resolve non-compliance items, including jobsite inspections.* Assist with managing testing and inspections to support timely approvals.**Documentation, Reporting, and Closeout*** Maintain current project files and support preparation of monthly reports and other reporting tools.* Assist with monitoring the RFI and submittal process and support permit/inspection/approval tracking.* Support invoice reviews and payment application processes, and assist with turnover and closeout documentation.**WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)*** Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture, or Engineering (preferred).* 1–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or Construction Administration Representative.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility across internal and external stakeholders.* Proficiency with MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) and tools such as Procore and MS Project or Primavera P6.* Ability to multi-task, deliver on deadlines, and work effectively in fast-paced jobsite environments.**KEY LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES*** Clear, collaborative communicator.* Detail-driven follow-through.* Quality and schedule focus.* Ownership in the field.**WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL*** On-site role in an active project / jobsite environment.* Willingness to travel heavily or relocate based on project assignment.* Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed due to accelerated schedules.**COMPENSATION**Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.**LOCATION**Texas**ABOUT LEGENDS GLOBAL**Legends Global is the premier partner to the world’s most iconic live events, venues, and brands.
