Program Manager

Project Manager responsible for leading cross-functional projects from quoting through production handoff for injection molding programs within the medical industry .
Job Requirements
- Understanding of Plastic Injection mold tooling
- Several years of experience leading cross-functional teams through program launch
- Experience with timeline management tools such as MS Project, Gantt charts, or equivalent
- Experience managing suppliers, including mold makers and material suppliers
- Experience managing project budgets
- Experience reviewing part designs for draft, side-actions, and basic manufacturability requirements
- Understanding of mold features related to part geometry
- Understanding of basic mold construction and mold design review
- Experience with medical molding
- Experience in the medical market
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and Advanced Product Quality Planning
Preferred Skills
- Silicone molding experience
- LSR or LIM molding experience
- Experience with Design of Experiments
- Experience with capability studies
