Job Opportunity: Registered Occupational Therapist
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Occupational Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and executing personalized therapy programs aimed at helping seniors regain their independence and enhance their daily functioning.
Your role will involve:
- Conducting assessments to identify the specific needs of each patient.
- Creating tailored therapy plans that promote recovery and independence.
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care in line with regulatory requirements.
