Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile UI Developer - Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Android development and possess a strong background in creating user-friendly and visually appealing mobile applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead development efforts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure best practices in coding and design.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs, and continuously improve application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Android developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages.
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and other development tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay Range: $80/hr - $85/hr
