Simi Valley Toyota is one of the busiest dealers in Simi Valley! We want our service department to be the best in the country. With so many Toyotas to service, we need good technicians like you to join our team.
We have more than doubled our current CUSTOMER PAY HOURS and we want you to benefit from that growth.
We make the transition easy as possible:
- We pay all your toolbox relocation expenses
- We will honor any prearranged vacation days
Pay: The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $31.00 and $31.00. The position also may pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
