What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and functional goals.

• Provide outpatient physical therapy, primarily focused on orthopedic conditions.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to coordinate care and share clinical knowledge.

• Help develop and improve therapy programs based on patient needs and clinical interests.

• Participate in staff education and present in-services as needed.

• Contribute to the effective operation of the outpatient clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current Iowa Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
