WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU Industry‑leading performance‑based bonus program 100% employer‑funded ESOP for all associates Traditional and Roth 401(k) 1‑month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel 3 weeks of vacation 1‑week paid volunteer leave each year and 100% charitable match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage On‑site gym 100% paid 12‑week maternity leave Scholarship for associates’ children up to $28,000 per child Tuition reimbursement for associates A DAY IN THE LIFE Lead full‑cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow‑through Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles Coordinate with the Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS 5–10+ years of experience recruiting for construction, engineering, or architecture Data Center recruiting experience is a plus Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS, or another applicant tracking system Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership This is an in‑office position LEGAL DISCLAIMER EOE, including disability/vets #J-18808-Ljbffr
