Our team is committed to partnering with our seniors to remain at home through promoting open communication and shared decision making while providing excellent care and services.Benefits of the Registered Nurse (RN)Monday - Friday, Daylight Schedule 8:00AM - 4:30PMMinimal On-Call RotationCompetitive PayComprehensive Benefits Package401kPaid Time OffPaid Holidays OffResponsibilities include but not limited to:Identifying medical needs for individual members, and setting care priorities accordinglyDeveloping ongoing Plans of Care, in partnership with Senior LIFE interdisciplinary teamsInterpreting, recording and acting on diagnostic results, and performing advanced nursing techniques and critical care proceduresIdentifying and assessing major medical problems, and communicating potential needs to a physician or specialistQualificationsApplicants should have at least one year working specifically with an elderly or aging population, hold a current RN license, and valid driver's license.EOE
