Merchandiser PeopleReady of Coeur d'Alene, ID is now hiring Merchandisers in Missoula, MT! The Merchandiser will be responsible for setting product, ensuring placement; servicing, troubleshooting/repairing, and cleaning products; collecting and reporting detailed inventory data; and moving product from the stock room to the sales floor. Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour* What you'll be doing as a Merchandiser : Work independently with minimal supervision while completing assigned tasks Complete store visits following verbal and/or written instructions Maintain regular communication with supervisors via email and telephone Set products, perform resets, conduct inventory counts, and move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel to achieve program objectives Complete assigned daytime store visit schedules Collaborate with store management regarding shelf placement and display allocation decisions Communicate consistently with store management and associates to foster strong working relationships Conduct store visits according to the designated frequency and schedule Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the client and the company Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady Experience in the grocery, convenience store (c-store), or related industry preferred Strong product knowledge and familiarity with merchandising practices Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn industry-specific software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Class B driver's license preferred with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED required Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer Must be able to lift and move 50+ pounds as needed Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facility Background check and Drug test required Branch #: 1113 Address: 503 W Appleway Units H & I , Coeur d'Alene,ID, 83814 Email Address: View email address on click.appcast.io *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
