What You’ll Do Serviceand maintain existing homeowners and auto insurance policies Assistclients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coveragequestions Provideoutstanding customer service to support client retention Identifyopportunities to cross-sell and sell new home and auto policies Workdirectly with carriers to ensure efficient policy servicing and issueresolution Buildand maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication Supportretention efforts and contribute to overall agency growth What You Bring Required: ActiveNew Jersey Property & Casualty License Minimum1 year of personal lines insurance experience Experienceservicing home and auto policies Bilingualin English and Spanish (required) Strongcustomer service and relationship-building skills Abilityto multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strongattention to detail and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Basesalary of $55,000 Retention commission: $2,000 – $10,000+ Newbusiness commission: $4,000 – $10,000+ Medical,dental, and vision coverage 401(k)with company participation Employer-paidgroup life insurance Paidtime off and holidays Gymmembership reimbursement Employeereferral bonus program Location & Schedule On-siterole based inParamus, NJ Standardbusiness hours Why Join Us?
