PCA/Direct Support Worker

We are a well-established PCA/CFSS Agency that provides personal care to individuals with disabilities. Currently looking for a PCA/Direct Support Worker to assist with activities of daily living in a home environment. Assisting with dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, laundry, mobility, and assisting with transfers and meal prep.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• MUST have some experience as a PCA or Direct Support Provider.
• Have good work ethics.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must have a current driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must have 2 forms of ID (photo ID and SS card or Birth Certificate).
• Must pass the required MN DHS criminal background study that requires fingerprints and photo.
• Must successfully complete the online CFSSPCA Training, the Vulnerable Mandated Reporter Training that is required by MN DHS.
• Must be fluent in English with speaking, understanding, reading, and writing.
