About the Role We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing & Sales to lead the strategy, development, and execution of TriFlow's digital sales efforts across the organization. In the short term, this role will focus on standing up and scaling the digital sales motion for Subsurface Technology Inc. (STI), then extend proven playbooks across the broader TriFlow portfolio. Responsibilities Own the digital sales strategy across TriFlow, with an immediate mandate to design and execute the go-to-market motion for STI. Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel email marketing campaigns; segmentation, nurture sequences, deliverability, and A/B testing, that generate and advance qualified pipeline. Build and scale customer sourcing and lead-generation programs, identifying high-value prospects and building repeatable demand-generation systems. Direct website strategy and performance: messaging, conversion optimization, SEO/SEM, and the digital customer experience across TriFlow and STI properties. Establish the analytics foundation and define KPIs, build dashboards, and translate data into clear ROI narratives for executive stakeholders. Lead ROI and budget conversations, allocating spend to the highest-return channels and defending investment decisions with data. Partner closely with sales, product, and operating-company leaders to align digital efforts with revenue targets and the sales pipeline. Select, integrate, and manage the digital marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and web platforms). Build, mentor, and as the function scales, grow a high-performing digital marketing and sales team. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and/or digital sales, including a leadership or team-lead role. Demonstrated success owning and executing email campaigns, demand generation, and customer sourcing programs end to end. Strong command of website strategy, conversion optimization, and SEO/SEM. Proven analytical skills, fluent in marketing analytics, attribution, and translating data into ROI-driven decisions and executive-level conversations. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar). Experience marketing technical, engineered, or B2B products is strongly preferred; familiarity with subsurface, energy, or industrial technology markets is a plus. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
