Polished Concrete and Epoxy Installer

Ascent Concrete Polishing is in search of an individual with at least 2 years of concrete polishing experience, especially skilled with hand grinding tools. This candidate should be able to provide exceptional service to our clients, perform all key functions to complete a concrete polishing project and be a team player that works well with other crew members. The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Operate and maintain concrete polishing equipment and tooling Understand proper polishing techniques Ensure proper materials and supplies are on the job site Proactively work to develop solutions for obstacles encountered on the job site Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must Motivated, self-starter Team player We offer a great work environment and strive to care for our employees.
