Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with organizing and executing promotional events and customer engagement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating activities, and gaining hands-on experience in event operations, promotions, and customer outreach. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Help organize event schedules, materials, and daily activities. Support event setup, preparation, and breakdown. Welcome attendees and provide a friendly and professional experience. Engage with customers and provide information about products and services. Support customer outreach and lead generation during events. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly. Assist with post-event follow-up activities when needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees. Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous event, promotional, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
