Clinical Manager

About The Role The Clinical Manager is responsible for directly supervising clinical staff and overseeing services at a designated site to ensure mental health treatment is delivered in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment. This role includes oversight of individual and group counseling services, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations, and supporting recovery-oriented care for youth and families. The position is part of the Kickstart program, which focuses on early intervention and prevention of psychosis for individuals ages 10 to 25.
