Summary:
Excellent opportunity for ER nurses seeking a fast-paced emergency department with strong leadership support, career growth, and cross-training opportunities for Med-Surg nurses on night shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat emergency patients of all ages
• Manage multiple patient cases simultaneously
• Respond to acute and critical patient conditions
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient conditions
• Provide patient and family education

Requirements

• 1+ year ER RN experience in acute care preferred
• Med-Surg nurses accepted for cross-training (Night Shift only)
• ADN or Nursing Diploma required
• BSN preferred or currently enrolled
• Active Virginia RN or Compact License
• BLS required

Pay & Benefits

• $32.33 – $48.50/hr
• Night Differential: +$3/hr
• Weekend Day Differential: +$3/hr
• Weekend Night Differential: +$7/hr
• $15K Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation Assistance up to $1,500
• Multiple shift options available (Days/Nights/Mixed/Evenings)
