She Recruits is partnering with a well-established Texas community hospital to recruit an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 1099 opportunity with competitive hourly compensation and steady volume.

This is an excellent fit for EM-trained physicians or experienced FP/IM physicians with strong emergency department background.

Compensation (1099)

Board Certified Emergency Medicine

• $265 per hour

Not Board Certified in EM (FP/IM with ED experience)

• $255 per hour

Consistent hourly structure with 12-hour shifts.

Schedule

• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts

Flexible scheduling potential depending on coverage needs.

• Admission rate: 6.9%
• Transfer rate: 6.1%

• Hospitalist
• General Surgery

Balanced acuity with reasonable admission and transfer percentages.

Requirements

• BC in Emergency Medicine or
• BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with ED experience
• ACLS required
• ATLS required
• PALS required
• Texas license or eligibility
