Billing Operations Analyst

Pay Range $28-34 Shifts 7a-4p or 8a-5p M-F. Location Charlotte, NC (28269) – Hybrid after training, near office. Summary The Billing Operations Analyst will primarily perform tasks associated with the billing readiness process for North America Field Service, working as a team to confirm job completion, customer authorization, posting and validating costs, correcting errors, and setting items to ready‑to‑bill status for work accomplished by field offices. Key Responsibilities Validate completion of jobs, including customer authorization. Validate correct cost postings and correct as needed. Set jobs to Ready to Bill status for the billing team. Communicate with field offices regarding status and issues. Commit to and monitor the Open Order status daily and for month‑end activities. Address corrections and updates as needed. Assist with customer disputes as needed, providing regular updates. Contribute to continuous improvement of the billing readiness process. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 5+ years of work experience in a business environment. 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field. Experience in job costing, accounting, and customer service. HVAC Service industry experience. Software experience with ServiceMax, Salesforce, and SAP. Deep process expertise. Strong customer service orientation. Culture of continuous improvement. Financial acumen.
