Registered Nurse - PACU

Schedule

12 Hour Days, 9 AM to 9 PM, call required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• 2 Years of PACU experience required
• PACU (ICU/ER) experience required
• BLS & ACLS certifications required
• EMR: EPIC
• DEGREE ACCREDITATION VERIFICATION REQUIRED or 5 years of experience
• Prior travel experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients
• Monitor patient vital signs and recovery progress
• Administer medications as per physician orders
• Communicate with the surgical team regarding patient status
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care
