Handbag Sales Consultant (Commission) - Flexible Hours

Summary Provides personalized, commission-based selling of handbags and related accessories at the Short Hills store. Delivers exceptional customer service, builds client relationships, and helps achieve store sales goals. Requires strong product knowledge, merchandising, and adherence to store policies. Responsibilities Engage customers on the sales floor and provide tailored product recommendations and styling advice. Meet and exceed individual sales and commission targets. Process transactions accurately and manage payment and returns following store procedures. Maintain visual merchandising and inventory standards for the handbags category. Requirements 1-2 years of retail or commission sales experience preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
