Specialty Drug Advocate Location: Tempe, AZ 85284 Work Type: In Office (On‑site) Shift: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Role Overview As a Specialty Drug Advocate, you’ll serve as the key liaison between patients, providers, pharmacies, and prescription assistance programs—ensuring patients receive specialty medications at little to no cost. What You’ll Do Advocate for patients by coordinating with physicians, pharmacies, and assistance programs to secure specialty drug funding Manage and submit required paperwork, follow up on eligibility determinations, and ensure claims process correctly Document all patient interactions and case activity while providing clear, compassionate education to patients Qualifications Call center and outbound calling experience Ability to explain complex billing or benefit information clearly Why This Role Contract‑to‑Hire opportunity with long‑term potential Stable daytime schedule in a structured call‑center environment Meaningful work supporting patients in need of specialty medications Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
