Shift Leader

Looking for night and weekend shift leaders. As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges. Must have a valid Food Protection Manager Certification and will need to provide a copy of valid certification. Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness industry is a PLUS! Responsibilities: Assisting the General Manager in the overall operations of the store in a leadership capacity. Ensuring a superior guest experience, maximizing sales performance, and driving profitability while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Will complete the store opening/ closing and following opening/ closing procedures Makes bank deposits and reconcile daily cash drops Assist the General Manager with product ordering Brand loyalty: Communicate and execute positive brand impression to the overall Guest experience. Must ensure consistency and high quality preparation of smoothies and Guest service. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of all areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances. Essential Functions: Operates a blender and POS cashier system. Regularly moves boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store. Constantly positions self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts. The employee must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens. Microsoft Office knowledge required. Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
