They are comfortable working directly with patients and can navigate sensitive financial conversations with empathy and clarity, especially when discussing co‑pays, deductibles, and out‑of‑pocket costs.They will excel in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate professionalism on the phone, and can manage a high volume of patient and customer calls with courtesy and confidence. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies are essential.
