We are seeking an optimistic and positive Restaurant Manager to lead our well-established local pizzeria, proudly serving the community for the past 18 years. This role involves overseeing a team of 16-30 employees while managing daily operations, including customer service, catering events, and employee scheduling using a manual system. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure exceptional service in both in-house dining and regular catering events.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage employee schedules manually for a team of 16-30 staff members.
• Oversee all catering events and in-house parties, coordinating logistics and execution weekly or more frequently.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory and vendor orders to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain daily direct interaction with customers to uphold exceptional service quality.
• Monitor budget and oversee cost controls to optimize restaurant profitability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
