Dimensional Thinking
Full cycle recruiting role. Need to handle a req volume on average of 20 positions ranging from skilled trades/production to Accounting/Finance/HR and all between. Light industrial/light technical roles are predominant. They will support Muncie, IN, Yorktown, IN and Tulsa, OK.
-5 years experience-experience handling high volume of reqs
-Experience building relationships with local schools, universities, trades organizations, etc. To build MPP brand and network to identify talent
-Exp with recruiting tools - LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP (ADP not a must but some ATS needed)
