LHH is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Receptionist/Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees in a busy office environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and employees with professionalism and positivity
• Answer and direct incoming calls while providing outstanding customer service
• Manage mail, deliveries, shipments, and reception area operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
• Provide administrative support to management and project teams
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications
• Track and order office supplies as needed
• Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management
• Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
• Support onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and orientation materials

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Reliable, professional, and dependable work style

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related environments

Position Details

• Pay: $23-$25 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Location: Fully On-Site
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire (approximately 5-6 months)
