What We Offer Discounted Apartment included Opportunity to serve your community in a residential setting Flexible position that complements your law enforcement career Supportive property management team Responsibilities As the Courtesy Officer, you will play an important role in promoting safety and resident satisfaction by: Conducting routine patrols of the community, including the clubhouse, pool, playground, parking areas, and other common areas, a minimum of two (2) times nightly between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM Monitoring for suspicious or criminal activity and promptly notifying local law enforcement and the Community Director when appropriate Providing additional patrols during holidays, special events, or as requested by management Reporting damaged or malfunctioning lighting, security concerns, or hazardous conditions Coordinating with the local law enforcement agency regarding your presence on the property #J-18808-Ljbffr Rich Smith Management
