Job Title Nurse Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Key Responsibilities Manage operations of your assigned unit. Supervise activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit. Provide guidance and education to clinical staff. Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture. Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained. Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs. Qualifications An unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license. Two (2) years of R.N. experience.
