Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Role Overview Seeking a dental hygienist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment. You will collaborate with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans, perform assessments using advanced digital tools, and educate patients on oral health. Autonomy in managing schedules, supplies, and clinical decisions is emphasized, with support from mentorship and ongoing training. Responsibilities Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans Utilize digital technology to support assessments, case acceptance, and communication Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences Manage schedules and supplies to provide comprehensive care Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice Strong communication skills and passion for patient education Key Duties & Environment Work in a structured setting with manageable patient loads (5–7 per day) Participate in onboarding, hands‑on training, and continuous education through advanced technology and programs Enjoy a flexible schedule, including Fridays and one Saturday per month, with full or part-time options #J-18808-Ljbffr
