You will be based in Fletcher, NC.

Your main tasks:

• Work with Dock coordinator to get product shipped to the customer
• Work with customer advocates and leads to understand what is ready to ship
• Communicate daily to carriers the daily capacity and pickup needs
• Adhere seals to trailers, close out loads in system, and process BOLs with the carriers
• Resolve delivery issues and support customer service requests
• Manage electronic Pros for Shipping Department and process internal shipments for other departments and facilities
• Be a process expert to provide additional support and guidance to production teammates

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be able to demonstrate efficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be highly ambitious, analytical, self-starter, detail-oriented, with excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be a team player, flexible, and motivated.
• Must be a positive contributing member to continuous improvement and change.
