• End Date/Duration: Varies by assignment
• Shift: Hybrid (clinic & inpatient call), including weekend inpatient coverage
• Hours per Week: Flexible, approximately 20-40 hours/week depending on schedule
• Employment Type: Locum, per diem
• License/Certifications: Active medical license in NM required
• Experience: Prior urology experience preferred

What You ll Do:
• Provide outpatient clinic services (clinic hours typically 10a-12p & 1p-3p)
• Manage inpatient call coverage at a leading facility in Las Cruces
• Handle 5-10 phone consultations daily for adult patients
• Collaborate with local urologists, nursing staff, urology techs, and hospitalists
• Manage active consults and rounding activities
• Participate in scheduled coverage during open dates, including weekends when applicable


What You Need:
Required:
• Valid medical license in New Mexico
• Urology certification/license in good standing
• Prior outpatient and inpatient urology experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills


Preferred:
• Experience with adult patient populations
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
