UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Analyst to support employees, managers and the People Team on relations matters, including attendance, performance and policy interpretation. The role includes handling the One Breath phone queue up to three hours daily and escalating as needed. Requires 1+ years of ER/HR experience, strong communication skills, and availability 8:30am–5:00pm PST; remote work possible for Pacific Time Zone residents. #J-18808-Ljbffr UnitedHealth Group
