This position requires strong communication skills in Japanese as you will be interacting with our Japanese-speaking clientele. You will be an integral part of a three-person moving team, assisting with the safe and efficient packing, loading, transporting, and unloading of household goods. In the late afternoon, after completing the days moves, you will return to the office to assist with general administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a consistent daytime schedule./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliSafely and efficiently pack, load, transport, and unload household goods./liliWork collaboratively as part of a three-person moving team./liliProvide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients in Japanese./liliProperly handle and care for customers belongings./liliEnsure the safe operation of moving equipment and vehicles (as needed and if licensed)./liliAssist with office duties upon returning from moving sites in the late afternoon, which may include: answering phones and taking messages. Data entry and record-keeping. Preparing paperwork and invoices. General office organization./liliAdhere to all company safety regulations and procedures./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ullistrongFluency in Japanese is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing)./strong/liliPrevious experience in moving, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
