La Terrazza Nicabanos is South Beach’s newest restaurant-nightlife destination, offering elegant indoor and patio dining with curated DJs and live performers. Elevated cuisine, bold cocktails, and a vibrant, performance-driven setting create a chic, social atmosphere where the night naturally becomes the main event.
We are seeking an experienced FOH Manager to join our opening team and lead nightly service while supporting entertainment-driven operations.Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support FOH staff
- Maintain exceptional hospitality and guest experience
- Oversee reservations, table assignments, pacing, and service flow
- Coordinate seamlessly during entertainment and nightlife activations
- Ensure ambiance, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained
- Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development
- Support ownership in reporting and operations
- Help execute private events and VIP experiences
- 2–4 years of FOH management experience
- Nightlife or entertainment venue experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
