About the Role
As an Evening (PM) Server at Il Falo Wood Fired Kitchen , you will create memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service and high-quality food presentation in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding, attentive guest service from greeting to check presentation
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience

What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Ability to handle guest feedback professionally
Basic knowledge of POS systems (Micros preferred)
Experience with OpenTable is a plus
ServSafe certification is a plus
Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
