Litigation Paralegal - Employment Law

Growing Denver law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least 3-4 years of civil litigation experience to join their team. Employment law experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation Draft and prepare discovery, disclosures, subpoenas, and pleadings E‑file in Colorado state and federal courts Manage case calendars, deadlines, and case files Assist with deposition prep, document production, and trial preparation Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel Qualifications Minimum of 3-4 years of civil litigation experience (required) Knowledge of Colorado court rules/procedures Strong docketing/calendaring and e‑filing experience Excellent writing and organizational skills Proficiency with MS Office and litigation software Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus but not required. Must currently live in Colorado . Out-of-state applicants will not be considered.
