Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students across school settings near Goodlettsville, TN! This role calls for a dedicated and collaborative Occupational Therapist ready to make a lasting impact throughout the district. You’ll oversee a caseload of approximately 120 students, working closely with three COTAs and providing essential services that support students’ growth and success. This opportunity offers a mix of direct therapy, staff leadership, and district-wide travel between school campuses, allowing for a dynamic and engaging workday. The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through May 27th, 2027, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Tennessee Occupational Therapist license
• Experience or enthusiasm for working in school environments
• Ability to manage a moderate-to-large student caseload effectively
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Experience supervising or mentoring COTA staff preferred
• Reliable transportation for travel between schools

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and direct/consultative services for a diverse student group
• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to three Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support professionals, and families to maximize student access and participation in educational activities
• Adapt interventions to meet both individual and group needs across multiple school sites
• Document services and progress according to compliance standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning
