Lifeguard (Full-Time) - Arizona Biltmore

As a team member at Pyramid Global Hospitality, you will work at the iconic Arizona Biltmore, a 39‑acre property with over 700 rooms and 9 food and beverage outlets. The Lifeguard position is a full‑time role responsible for ensuring guest safety at the pool slide. Responsibilities Observe guests using the pool slide and perform designated rescue practices as needed to ensure safety according to local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain cleanliness of pool areas and provide exceptional service to guests. Perform slide shift duties and enforce slide rules consistently and fairly. Open and close pool areas according to the established schedule and direction from the manager or supervisor. Keep slide deck areas clean and orderly, including towels and furniture. Interact with guests to meet or exceed their expectations. Act appropriately in emergencies and demonstrate knowledge of correct procedures. Shift work includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Six (6) or more months of lifeguard experience, preferred. Current lifeguard certificate, preferred; must be able to obtain shallow water lifeguard certification. CPR/First Aid certification, preferred. Benefits Comprehensive health insurance.
