About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to work in close collaboration with the CFO and other executives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's M&A and strategic growth agenda, with a focus on identifying, cultivating, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and other initiatives that contribute to long-term value creation. Experience with multisite healthcare platforms is highly valued for this position. The role of the Vice President of Corporate Development is pivotal in advancing the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept at partnering with senior leadership to ensure that all corporate development activities are in line with the company's vision and goals. This includes not only the financial aspects of M&A but also a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to assess the strategic fit of potential opportunities. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in corporate development, particularly in the healthcare sector, and the ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
