Sterile Processing Technician
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Pay: $20-$28/hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM (2 openings)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM (3 openings)

Position Summary:
Join a healthcare team supporting safe patient care by cleaning, assembling, sterilizing, and distributing surgical instruments and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments
• Prepare instrument trays and equipment
• Operate sterilization equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Follow infection control and safety standards
• Support operating room teams with timely instrument availability

Qualifications:

• Sterile Processing and/or Operating Room experience preferred, not required
• Able to work full-time, Monday-Friday, on 2nd or 3rd shift
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
• CRCST certification preferred, not required
