Travel Physical Therapist - $2,604 per week

Job Summary TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Monterey, California. The role requires 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute care plans for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the setting following facility guidelines. Understand and comply with PT board rules and state regulations. Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused care. Understand and use adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create, modify care plans based on patient condition. Use medical center computer systems for daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation per state and/or insurance guidelines. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience; 1 year preferred. New graduates encouraged. BLS certification and state‑specific licensing required. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Compensation Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation.
