Responsibilities Conduct 70-80 sales calls daily with potential and previous clients Evaluate, interview, and enroll new clients through consultative sales Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs Manage client relationships and feedback for matchmaking Collaborate with Client Advisors providing concierge services Qualifications Required: 4-year degree or equivalent experience At least 2 years of sales experience, including phone sales Comfort with remote and in-office work Experience with high-volume outbound calling Performance-based commission motivation Desire to earn over six figures Preferred: Experience with 1-call close and quick sales cycles Experience selling luxury or intangible products (e.g., dating services, high-end retail, travel) Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with first-year earnings ranging from $70K to $120K, depending on performance.
