HR Business Partner – Renewable Energy Global Company Arapidly growing renewable energy company expanding its U.S. operations and looking for a hands-on HR professional to partner with business leaders and help build and scale the HR function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants broad ownership and real impact — combining day-to-day HR with the opportunity to develop and implement processes, policies and programs that support a growing organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and business leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement and workforce planning. Own the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding. Lead recruitment activities and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire strong talent. Develop and implement HR processes, policies and programs as the organization continues to grow. Provide practical guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance and employee relations. Support initiatives around employee engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness. Ensure HR practices are aligned with U.S. employment requirements and best practices. Maintain HR data and reporting and continuously look for ways to improve HR processes and the employee experience. Requirements 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HRBP, HR Generalist or similar broad HR role. Experience supporting employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle. Hands-on experience with recruitment and talent acquisition. Experience developing or improving HR processes and policies. Good understanding of U.S. employment practices and employee relations. Confident working with managers and business leaders and able to build strong relationships. Hands-on, pragmatic and commercially minded, with a willingness to take ownership and get things done.
