Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts with varied start times; weekend call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on orthopedics, neurology, and general medical/surgical conditions
• Utilize advanced skills in concussion management, vestibular rehab, lymphedema, pelvic floor therapy, or dry needling
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Participate in weekend call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio (must be currently active)
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Experience with orthopedics, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses
• Comfortable working across two clinic locations (Zanesville and Coshocton)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation therapy
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Experience with specialty services: concussion management, vestibular, lymphedema, pelvic floor therapy, dry needling
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to adapt to varied start times and weekend call
