Develop disease-area franchise strategies and lead global initiatives to strengthen market differentiation. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced product management leader with a strong background in life sciences, diagnostics, and global commercialization. The role requires strategic thinking, collaboration skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives across international teams. Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant professional experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience. 4+ years of experience in global product management or global product marketing roles. Proven track record leading global product launches and commercialization strategies. Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with global stakeholders. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market development, and customer-driven innovation. Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in the molecular diagnostics industry or respiratory testing market is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate competitive landscapes and identify growth opportunities. Ability to travel frequently, including up to 30% domestic and international travel.
