Business Development Representative

Adaptive Resources is a leading automation systems integration company delivering custom industrial solutions across manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, and advanced production environments. Our company specializes in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, robotics integration, machine vision systems, industrial networking, and turnkey controls solutions. We are seeking a motivated and personable Business Development Representative to support our growth initiatives. This role will focus on proactive outreach, lead generation, account management, and supporting the sales process for our automation and systems integration business. Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach, including daily cold calling, to generate new business opportunities Handle inbound inquiries, including parts sales and smaller quote requests Manage assigned accounts (corporate, regional, and international as applicable) Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to schedule and prepare for client meetings Participate in joint sales calls alongside technical/operations team members when needed Develop and execute account plans, including target setting and opportunity tracking Maintain active engagement on LinkedIn (posting, networking, brand visibility) Provide feedback to marketing on customer needs, trends, and market insights Support customer success efforts through follow-up and identification of upsell opportunities Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field 2+ years of experience in business development, insides sales, or marketing Experience in industrial sectors such as systems integration, manufacturing or distribution preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Comfortable with outbound sales and cold calling Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Adaptive Resources
